Refund Policy

HydroJug accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after an item is delivered.

Return eligibility

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Contact us with the order number or other proof of purchase before sending anything back. For an eligible return, we pay the return shipping cost and provide return instructions or a prepaid return label.

Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items

Inspect the shipment after delivery. If an item is damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly and provide the order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible before shipment to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that a request can be completed after order processing begins.
